I am especially passionate for digital technology, design and online business. I feel motivated when my job is adding value to the business and to the people I work with clients and colleagues. Finally I also worked more than 10 years in the customer services enviroment for several companies offering different services and managing people and operations.
I am a very creative and result oriented person, a team player and a leader, nevertheless my innovative entrepreneurial spirit allow me to enjoy working in autonomy as well. I always find ways to improve products and processes. I am assertive, driven, flexible, spontaneous and trustworthy.
I speak fluent English and Spanish. Full driving license/willing to travel. I am addicted to road cycling and I love all sort of outdoors activities especially around mountains and beaches. Being Italian I am also a food and wine lover. This is why I am a bit reluctant to relocate.

As Product Owner of Web and Mobile Apps I am responsible for the design of new products, the roadmap of new and existing projects and for task prioritization. Aiming to maximize the product value for the users and for the stakeholders and the motivation of three squads. We use scrum and kanban frameworks.

Responsibilities: communication and organizational skills to host weekly calls and meetings with web-stores managers, answer to technical queries and give a rapid and effective response in critical situations. Main Achievements: In the first year after having self-learned the in-house platform I was given the key clients, managing up to 9 brands at once of which the client satisfaction survey went up from 4.7 to 6.3 points. In my 2nd year I successfully launched the new order management platform on my own with a new key client SunGlassHut (Luxottica) getting a score of 8 points over 10 from the client satisfaction survey.
